About the role
The role is for an ambitious individual with hustle and grit. At an early-stage startup, things are always changing. We're looking for a candidate who thrives in an unpredictable environment and can "run through walls" to tackle seemingly impossible challenges.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities mainly through outbound strategy by hitting certain activity metrics
- A/B test messaging and generate ideas for new ways to drive pipeline
- Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
- Be a product expert across our platform and understand our competitor landscape
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in a sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound prospecting role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline goals
- Deep interest in understanding business challenges and how to solve them
- Experience with Sales Engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
Qualifications
- Prior experience with customer-facing and/or sales roles
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
