About Us

Korn Ferry is a global consulting firm that powers performance. We unlock the potential in your people and unleash transformation across your business—synchronizing strategy, operations, and talent to accelerate performance, fuel growth, and inspire a legacy of change. That’s why the world’s most forward-thinking companies across every major industry turn to us—for a shared commitment to lasting impact and the bold ambition to Be More Than.

Korn Ferry Digital is a scaled product business unit within Korn Ferry that develops and sells our suite of talent products and HR technology. The Korn Ferry Talent Suite enables organizations to align strategy and talent across the full workforce lifecycle. Rather than addressing talent challenges in silos, the platform connects insights across:

  • Organizational Strategy
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Assessment and Succession
  • Leadership and Professional Development
  • Sales and Service Effectiveness
  • Total Rewards

Responsibilities

  • Partner with enterprise sellers to develop territory strategy, account plans, and prioritized engagement approaches for a focused portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Map key stakeholders, buying groups, Korn Ferry relationships, whitespace, and relevant business priorities within assigned accounts.
  • Monitor priority accounts across available research and sales intelligence tools to develop timely marketplace insights and informed points of view.
  • Design and execute tailored, highly personalized outbound prospecting across phone, email, social, events, and other relevant channels.
  • Create demand and fill the top of the funnel while enterprise sellers advance and close active opportunities.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the full Korn Ferry talent suite, not solely new-logo acquisition.
  • Partner across Digital, Consulting, Marketing, Client Directors, and other internal teams to align resources and coordinate account strategy.
  • Qualify early interest with speed and sound judgment, then transition prospects and account context effectively to the appropriate seller.
  • Contribute to pipeline-generation outcomes and maintain accurate account, activity, opportunity, and pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to sales campaigns and events when aligned to account strategy, while remaining focused on business development rather than administrative or marketing support.
  • Build and maintain an individual development plan that strengthens enterprise selling, account strategy, product knowledge, and client engagement capabilities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise business development, inside sales, or a related client-facing role supporting large, complex accounts.
  • Experience generating substantial pipeline from a focused set of accounts through strategic, personalized prospecting rather than high-volume outreach.
  • Ability to explain a disciplined enterprise account approach, including account selection, research, stakeholder mapping, relevance, sequencing, and partnership with sellers.
  • Experience partnering with enterprise sellers and cross-functional teams to build territory plans and coordinated account strategies.
  • Background in SaaS, Human Capital Management, HR technology, talent solutions, professional services, or another complex B2B environment preferred.
  • Strong executive presence, business acumen, and written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and the confidence to acknowledge gaps, seek help, apply feedback, and follow through on commitments.
  • Clear professional goals and a strong, self-directed motivation to build a career in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Strong research, analytical, prioritization, and time-management skills across a limited number of high-value accounts.
  • Ability to develop thoughtful messaging and points of view that connect account priorities to Korn Ferry capabilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales intelligence or engagement tools such as Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and D&B.
  • Independent, organized, resilient, and collaborative, with sound judgment and consistent attention to execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
