Responsibilities
- Build targeted lists of accounts and contacts that match our ideal customer profile
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn + phone calls daily)
- Start and guide short, professional conversations to understand needs and determine fit
- Set qualified meetings for the senior sales team
- Track activity, notes, and next steps in our CRM
- Participate in coaching, call review, and skills practice to improve quickly
Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate (0-2 years of experience)
- Able to work in-office in Richardson, TX (required)
- Willing to spend a meaningful part of the day on the phone (daily calling required)
- Clear communicator who can learn talk tracks and apply coaching
- Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working toward goals
- Basic comfort with tools (email, calendar, spreadsheets/CRM)
