Responsibilities

  • Build targeted lists of accounts and contacts that match our ideal customer profile
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn + phone calls daily)
  • Start and guide short, professional conversations to understand needs and determine fit
  • Set qualified meetings for the senior sales team
  • Track activity, notes, and next steps in our CRM
  • Participate in coaching, call review, and skills practice to improve quickly

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or early-career candidate (0-2 years of experience)
  • Able to work in-office in Richardson, TX (required)
  • Willing to spend a meaningful part of the day on the phone (daily calling required)
  • Clear communicator who can learn talk tracks and apply coaching
  • Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working toward goals
  • Basic comfort with tools (email, calendar, spreadsheets/CRM)
