Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our home care services effectively
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabs, independent and assisted living communities, and other potential referral sources
- Organize and participate in promotional events, senior or health fairs, and community outreach programs to raise awareness about our services
- Conduct presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals and community groups to highlight our service offerings
- Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
- Create compelling content such as blog posts, case studies, testimonials, and newsletters to engage our target audience
- Develop sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities within the assigned territory, including the use of software to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
- Develop a database of qualified leads from referrals through face-to-face cold calling on referral providers, email, telephone and Web
- Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process
- Work closely with our internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and service delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning
- Conduct client/Caregiver introductions as needed
- Support the Weekend On-call Supervisor at least once per month
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales and marketing, preferably within the home care industry or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Innovative thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborative attitude with a commitment to achieving collective goals
