What You'll Do

  • Create a book of business through travel throughout the territory
  • Execute annual sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships while re-engaging existing accounts
  • Collaborate with branch managers, regional managers, and divisional sales managers to refine acquisition strategies
  • Provide superior customer service and represent the brand professionally
  • Maintain accurate activity and results reports, including Business Activity Logs and monthly/annual sales workbooks
  • Participate in relevant regional organizations and industry associations to build networks and drive growth

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency with basic technology tools and systems
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15%
