What You'll Do
- Create a book of business through travel throughout the territory
- Execute annual sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Identify and develop new customer relationships while re-engaging existing accounts
- Collaborate with branch managers, regional managers, and divisional sales managers to refine acquisition strategies
- Provide superior customer service and represent the brand professionally
- Maintain accurate activity and results reports, including Business Activity Logs and monthly/annual sales workbooks
- Participate in relevant regional organizations and industry associations to build networks and drive growth
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with local teams
- Proficiency with basic technology tools and systems
- Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Willingness to travel approximately 15%
