About The Role The Business Development Representative role is the engine of the sales pipeline, responsible for identifying and qualifying high-potential B2B accounts. This position focuses on the critical initial stages of the sales cycle, generating new business opportunities in the high-growth software-as-a-service (SaaS) sector. Operating in a remote-first, high-velocity environment, the role partners closely with Account Executives to build outbound pipeline. Success is measured by the ability to engage technical decision-makers, handle objections, and secure qualified meetings that directly impact revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and social channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects through discovery calls to assess fit, budget, authority, and timelineIdentify key decision-makers within target enterprises and personalize outreach based on persona-specific pain pointsManage and maintain clean data in Salesforce CRM, ensuring all prospecting activity and lead stages are accurately documentedCollaborate with marketing and sales enablement to optimize messaging, sequence templates, and campaign targeting strategiesMeet or exceed daily activity metrics (calls, emails, touches) and monthly qualified meeting quotas What We Are Looking For 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a highly competitive customer-facing environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions clearlyHigh level of resilience, coachability, and self-motivation to excel in a metrics-driven remote work environmentDemonstrated organizational and time-management skills to balance high-volume outreach with deep strategic researchBachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related fieldBonus: Experience using Outreach.io, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or other sales-tech stack tools
