Business Development Representative
About the role
The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in Everflow's mission to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this individual will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of businesses, from ad operations teams to CEOs, and will be responsible for helping them streamline their partner marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Educate marketing professionals on Everflow's capabilities and how it can enhance their partner marketing initiatives
- Diligently update HubSpot, Everflow's CRM, to ensure all leads and follow-ups are up-to-date
- Qualify all sales leads and schedule appointments through various channels (chat, email, phone)
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and marketing efforts
- Hand off qualified leads to Everflow's Account Executives
- Shadow Account Executives to gain hands-on experience and prepare for future roles
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred but not required)
- Experience in affiliate networking and affiliate marketing
- One year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or LDR or similar experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience and strong comfort with LinkedIn and email outreach
- High energy, intelligent, driven, eager to learn, and committed to overachievement
- Tech-savvy, able to problem-solve within the tools used
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a task and goal-driven sales environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A can-do attitude
