About the role

The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in Everflow's mission to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this individual will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of businesses, from ad operations teams to CEOs, and will be responsible for helping them streamline their partner marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Educate marketing professionals on Everflow's capabilities and how it can enhance their partner marketing initiatives
  • Diligently update HubSpot, Everflow's CRM, to ensure all leads and follow-ups are up-to-date
  • Qualify all sales leads and schedule appointments through various channels (chat, email, phone)
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and marketing efforts
  • Hand off qualified leads to Everflow's Account Executives
  • Shadow Account Executives to gain hands-on experience and prepare for future roles

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with HubSpot (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in affiliate networking and affiliate marketing
  • One year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or LDR or similar experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience and strong comfort with LinkedIn and email outreach
  • High energy, intelligent, driven, eager to learn, and committed to overachievement
  • Tech-savvy, able to problem-solve within the tools used
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a task and goal-driven sales environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A can-do attitude

Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
