We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to develop and grow relationships with businesses, property managers, contractors, and commercial customers throughout Central Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, property managers, contractors, and commercial customers
• Present and sell our high-quality flooring products
• Manage customer inquiries and requests
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• No prior flooring experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about building long-term business partnerships

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

• Organizational and time management skills

Pay

$60,000 - $90,000 yearly with first-year earning potential
