About the role
The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the target market. This includes prospecting potential clients, developing sales strategies, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Prospect potential clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Closed deals and manage the post-sale process.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial.
