Business Development Representative

Our platform combines powerful software with managed services to help clients navigate the complexity of partnership accounting, investment reporting, bill pay, and operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation & Territory Development
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned verticals (family office, private bank, RIA, OCIO)
- Develop strategic account plans and “attack lists” aligned to Archway’s ideal customer profile
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Personalize messaging based on industry trends, firm structure, and operational pain points
- Leverage events, referrals, and centers of influence where applicable
- Qualification & Discovery
- Conduct initial discovery calls with senior finance, operations, and technology stakeholders
- Identify key pain points related to accounting, reporting, data aggregation, and operational scale
- Qualify opportunities and seamlessly transition to senior sales leadership
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management teams
- Provide feedback on messaging, campaigns, and market segmentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of outbound playbooks and ICP definition
- Performance & Accountability
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene within CRM
Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience (SaaS preferred)
- Exposure to financial services, fintech, or wealth management strongly preferred
- Industry Acumen (Preferred)
- Familiarity with family offices, private banks, RIAs, or fund accounting workflows
- Understanding of operational challenges in complex investment portfolios is a plus

- Strong communication and executive presence
- Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through
- Competitive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment
- Team-first mindset with a willingness to learn quickly
- Tech Stack
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Qualifications
