Business Development Representative
About Complete Restoration
Complete Restoration has been a trusted name along the Wasatch Front for over 50 years. We provide property restoration and disaster cleanup services — from fire and flooding to mold and asbestos — for homeowners and businesses when it matters most.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to grow Complete Restoration's presence in the hospitality and commercial property management sectors. This is a relationship-first, field-based role — you'll spend much of your day on the road and in front of decision-makers, building the connections that put Complete Restoration at the top of the call list when disaster strikes. If you thrive on autonomy, love face-to-face relationship building, and are energized by the challenge of turning cold contacts into long-term partners, this role was built for you. Desk-preference candidates need not apply.

- Proficiency with CRM software to stay organized and accountable.
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and the ability to tailor your message to each audience.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient — many relationships take time before they ever result in a job.
- High emotional intelligence: empathy, patience, and a personable demeanor go a long way in this industry.
- Uncompromising honesty and professionalism — our reputation is built on trust.
- No squeamishness about restoration environments — our work happens after fires, floods, and worse.
