Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outbound Prospecting & Qualification: Proactively generate high-quality pipeline through targeted outbound outreach to priority accounts and expert qualification of inbound leads.
  • Account Research & Strategy: Map out target accounts in your vertical, utilizing data-driven insights to tailor your approach and solve complex business problems.
  • Outreach: Use phone, email, and social channels to build engagement and articulate the value of Acres.
  • Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs and fit, ensuring meetings passed to Account Executives are high-quality and well-prepared.
  • Pipeline Hygiene: Diligently track activity, deal status, and notes in the CRM to ensure clear reporting and accurate forecasting.

  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of industry-specific business problems (e.g., land acquisition, development lifecycle) to facilitate meaningful conversations.

  • Pipeline Hygiene: Disciplined data management to ensure accuracy and eliminate stalled opportunities.
  • Resilience: High energy with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a consistent hunting mindset.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot) and modern AI sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior customer-facing experience (Sales, SDR, or BDR experience preferred).
  • Startup and/or B2B SaaS experience.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • Prior experience working with the real estate development industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Sales, or Tech focus preferred).
