Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers
- Engage decision-makers
- Schedule qualified appointments for local owners
- Conduct facility walkthroughs
- Prepare proposals
- Closing business
- Make outbound calls to businesses within certain targeted markets
- Identify and engage key decision-makers
- Build relationships with office managers, facility managers, property managers, and business owners
- Generate interest in 360clean's commercial cleaning services
- Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the local owner
- Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and communications
- Consistently achieve activity and appointment-setting goals
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional phone presence
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Organized with excellent follow-up habits
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls (roughly 70% - 80% of your day)
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or business development is preferred
