Business Development Representative 2026
Description
The primary responsibility for Business Development Associates is to generate and acquire new business by creating dialogue with Senior Executives across various industries in Fortune 500 companies. You will introduce our DB&A business model and strategically schedule business meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales in specific territories.

Work Schedule
3 shifts available. Flexible start times. Half Days - Tuesdays and Fridays. Full-time position. No weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High school diploma required
- Proven track record of inside sales experience in a high-volume environment
- Documented B2B sales expertise
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience utilizing and updating CRM database – Salesforce experience a plus
- Advanced problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
