Business Development & Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Developing processes and structure to successfully integrate Leading ERP integrations (with internal and external support)
- Planning and executing sales related projects from start to finish, including coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed
- Ensuring projects align with company growth objectives (customer needs, sales strategy, and overall project goals)
- Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, identifying risks, and creating mitigation strategies
- Optimizing sales workflows to simplify processes, increase rep productivity, and strengthen overall business dynamics; implementing automation and CRM enhancements
- Driving cross-functional communication and engagement to identify improvement opportunities and streamline workflows across the business
- Acting as the central point of contact for project communications, driving alignment through structured updates, meetings, and presentations while proactively managing stakeholder expectations
- Developing standardized documentation, playbooks, and best practices to support scalability and consistency across the organization
- Leading change management initiatives, including M&A and joint venture integrations, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal business disruption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, Monday.com)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines
- Ability to interpret data to all levels in the organization
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales process optimization
- Mandatory to be legally authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications
- Project Management Professional, Certified Associate Project Management, or Scrum Master certification
- Experience managing cross-functional or enterprise level projects
- Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial transformation
- Exposure to M&A integration or large-scale organizational change initiatives
- Experience working with consultants
- Strong cross-functional work experience
- Experience working with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Skills
