Business Development & Partnerships Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead with Insights: Uncover business triggers through deep discovery.
• Build the Business Case: Quantify financial impact and tie solutions to operational and financial outcomes.
• Orchestrate the Deal Strategy: Deliver tailored demonstrations that prove specific value.
• Navigate Buying Committees: Engage stakeholders and build alignment for deal success.
• Drive the Timeline: Engineer close dates using shared project plans and proactively navigate procurement steps.
• Build and Maintain Pipeline: Prospect, engage, and sustain a pipeline-to-quota ratio of 4:1 or greater.

Partnerships

• Optimize Existing Partnerships: Conduct structured reviews and unlock pipeline contributions.
• Develop Net-New Partnerships: Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners.
• Enable Your Partners: Provide tools, training, and support for successful referrals.
• Co-Sell and Collaborate: Work alongside partners to pursue opportunities and align capabilities.
• Build Partner Pipeline Visibility: Track and report on partner-sourced and influenced pipeline accurately.
• Represent Aline in the Partner Ecosystem: Attend industry events and forums to expand presence.

Internal Collaboration

• Establish Close Working Relationships: With Partnerships Team, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Solutions Consultants.
• Ensure Seamless Handoffs: Post-signature for both direct and partner-sourced customers.
• Stay Close to Customer Health: Within accounts managed by your team.
• Leverage Campaigns and Events: Support pipeline generation through marketing efforts.
• Provide Market Feedback: Inform go-to-market strategy based on customer insights.

Pay

Includes a competitive base salary with a performance-based variable commission opportunity tied directly to new logo acquisition and quota attainment. A comprehensive benefits package, travel expense reimbursement, and access to professional development resources are also provided.
