Reports to: CEO • Location: Jeffeh House, Bahai Road, Kisaasi-Kawempe North • Organization: Sendea Institute for Energy and Management (SIEM) • Employment type: Contract • Application deadline: 6th June 2025

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, pitch ideas to investors, and close deals.
  • Manage and enhance Sendea Institute’s digital presence across online platforms.
  • Produce and curate multimedia content (videos, graphics, written posts) for the website and social media.
  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, interact with followers, and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, interactive, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
  • Oversee office operations and ensure efficiency in daily tasks.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and schedule management for the CEO, organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business development role, marketing, and office management.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
