About the role

This position is responsible for growing business in the IVF Medical Device market within the specified territory. Key responsibilities include ensuring customers have a superior experience through purchasing, training, support, travel, service management, and attending Medical Conferences. The product line includes IVF equipment and consumables. Daily use of CRM is required.

Responsibilities

  • Daily use of CRM
  • Plan and coordinate customer visits (minimum 3 days a week)
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory with a developed sales plan
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Medical Technology, or Life Science
  • Professional Sales or Embryology Experience of 3+ Years
  • Strong documented sales history
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Medical/IVF Process, competition
  • Possess Valid US Passport and Driver’s License
  • Pass Background Check
  • Adhere to company regulations/requirements as described in Employee Handbook
  • Sign the company NDA
  • Strong organizational skills and follow up as demonstrated by previous roles
  • Enthusiastic, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Team Player
  • Self-Motivated and Puts the customer first
  • Nonsmoker, to reduce IVF clinic exposure to VOC
  • Understanding of business acumen to drive sales results
