Business Development Manager - Retail Decor

Description

CIP Retail is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients. This role involves full-cycle new business development, from prospecting to contract signing, without inherited accounts or pre-provided leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business development or consultative sales experience in related fields
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business independently
• Experience selling custom solutions to executive-level decision-makers
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently across multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, construction management, business, or marketing
• Existing relationships with architectural firms, developers, general contractors, or retail/restaurant operators
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Bluebeam
