About the role

ServiceMaster CDR is seeking a high-energy, self-driven Restoration Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This role involves connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow the brand's presence in the Westside Cleveland market.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow the brand's presence in the Westside Cleveland market.
  • Build genuine relationships, attend local events, host coffee chats or lunch-and-learns, and ensure that when disaster strikes, people know exactly who to call: YOU and ServiceMaster CDR.
  • Visit insurance agencies, property management offices, and other referral sources.
  • Attend local networking events and trade shows.
  • Host fun and informative presentations and drop-ins.
  • Track outreach and success using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to create a seamless customer journey.

Requirements

  • A confident communicator who thrives on making connections.
  • Someone who is familiar with sales in the Western Cleveland area.
  • A background in sales, marketing, or customer service (bonus if you've worked in restoration or insurance).
  • A go-getter who is organized, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle.
  • Comfortable speaking to groups and representing a professional brand.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you'll be on the move!)

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (bonus if you've worked in restoration or insurance).
  • Organized and goal-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills.
