About the role

ServiceMaster CDR is seeking a high-energy, self-driven Restoration Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Warren, Ohio. This role involves connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow the brand's presence in the local market.

Responsibilities

  • Connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow the brand's presence in the Warren, Ohio market.
  • Building genuine relationships, attending local events, hosting coffee chats or lunch-and-learns, and ensuring that when disaster strikes, people know exactly who to call: YOU and ServiceMaster CDR.
  • Visiting insurance agencies, property management offices, and other referral sources.
  • Attending local networking events and trade shows.
  • Hosting fun and informative presentations and drop-ins.
  • Tracking outreach and success using CRM tools.
  • Working closely with the sales and service teams to create a seamless customer journey.

Requirements

  • A confident communicator who thrives on making connections.
  • Someone who is familiar with sales in the Western Cleveland area.
  • A background in sales, marketing, or customer service (bonus if you've worked in restoration or insurance).
  • A go-getter who is organized, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle.
  • Able to speak to groups and represent a professional brand.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you'll be on the move!)

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sales in the Western Cleveland area.
