What You'll Do:
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for Fellows, ensuring they remain engaged, informed, and motivated.
- Provide Fellows with the necessary training, collateral, and pitch support to make high-quality introductions.
- Manage lead goals through rigorous time management and data-driven tracking, preparing regular reports on partner activity, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
- Qualify opportunities and transition them into the sales pipeline.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, proposing and implementing changes to the Fellows program to increase efficiency and lead volume.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development.
- Experience with partnership programs.
- Bachelor's degree.
- US-based location.
