About the role

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in converting high-level executive partnerships into a consistent stream of Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs), focusing on relationship building and process execution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for Fellows, ensuring they remain engaged, informed, and motivated.
  • Provide Fellows with the necessary training, collateral, and pitch support to make high-quality introductions.
  • Manage lead goals through rigorous time management and data-driven tracking, preparing regular reports on partner activity, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
  • Qualify opportunities and transition them into the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, proposing and implementing changes to the Fellows program to increase efficiency and lead volume.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development.
  • Experience with partnership programs.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • US-based location.
