Key Responsibilities
- Possess and prospect for new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Sell various staffing solutions including temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and workforce management.
- Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams for successful staffing delivery.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and business associations to generate leads.
- Stay informed on local labor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular client visits and account management.
- Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling staffing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of business development experience within the staffing industry.
- Proven experience selling Light Industrial staffing services.
- Demonstrated success generating new business and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot, Aviont, or similar.
