Who You Are

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Business Development to drive customer satisfaction and growth of Solenis’ water treatment business in the Industrial Water Treatment market segment. In this role, you will drive sales initiatives and account management best practices to assure excellence in the customer experience. As the Business Development you will efficiently and effectively shift between support of existing strategic customer accounts, and driving new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Sell new business and new applications in your territory.
  • Develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities including documenting ROI and value delivery.
  • Establish, maintain and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC.
  • Manage profitability of the account (pump settings, pricing, and accounts receivable).
  • Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction resulting in optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or science related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in water treatment, preferably in the Industrial market segment.
  • Team Building: Demonstrated success in facilitating the development of high-performing individuals and teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong financial and business expertise with a track record of achieving profitable long-term business relationships with customers.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in using data and analytics to guide strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing risks and navigating ambiguity.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel throughout the West Coast.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is between $117,510.00 and $172,337.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
