What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and driving commercial business strategies for assigned market segments
- Leading pricing, incentive, service, and contract negotiations to secure profitable business
- Managing P&L performance of assigned global customer accounts
- Consolidating customer and market requirements to define product roadmaps and new business pipelines
- Collaborating with Product Engineering and Project teams to execute roadmaps and deliver awarded programs
- Monitoring market trends and initiating new product strategies aligned with customer demand
- Presenting product roadmaps and growth strategies at Annual Strategic Planning Reviews
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with global customers
- Establishing and monitoring global pricing strategies and recommending adjustments as required
- Managing pricing risks related to raw material cost changes, exchange rates, and volume shifts
- Cooking up and managing tooling and fixture schedules with internal tool rooms and external vendors
- Supporting margin optimization through commercial concessions and total-package business solutions
