Business Development Manager

About the role

Support delivery of some of the largest digital and strategic transformation programmes across the border wherever CBL is operating. Support CBL Growth Campus through the creation of thought leadership and market offerings by writing propositions that reflect our position as a leading player.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to develop a deep insight into people, process, system and data, to complete diagnostics and reporting.
• Develop strong relationships and become a trusted and knowledgeable advisor to clients.
• Shape solutions, propose project plans and support cross-functional and cross-business resources to deliver desired outcomes.
• Support deployments and development of our technical/software tools and solutions.
• Own your own workstream and motivate a talented team of analysts and consultants to deliver transformative results.

Requirements

• Successful applicant will have either a degree or equivalent qualification and/or relevant experience.

Pay

Gross Salary £48,000 per annum.
