Business Development Manager for the Midwest

Bath Concepts Industries, LLC, the largest 1‑day bath manufacturer in the U.S., is expanding to the Midwest Territory. The role involves managing, developing, and recruiting new dealers throughout the Midwest, with full training provided on the company’s sales and business‑development methodology.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage individual dealers in the Midwest territory and help their local dealerships prosper.
• Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers.
• Learn and apply the company’s sales and business‑development methodology (full training provided).
• Travel overnight as required; full travel expenses (hotel, meals, car mileage, etc.) are covered.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of in‑home sales experience with home‑improvement building products (e.g., windows, siding, roofing, doors).
• Residence in the proposed Midwest territory.
• B‑to‑B manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Valid, clean driver’s license and driving record.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work independently from a home office.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
