About the role

Elevity seeks a dynamic and driven individual to join our sales team. This person will utilize a consultative sales approach to identify prospects, follow up with existing customers, and promote lead activity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects by cold calling and network to generate leads
  • Follow up with existing customers as needed
  • Perform needs analysis and prepare and present proposals
  • Communicate the Elevity solution effectively
  • Meet or exceed activity targets and sales goals
  • Organize and plan time for maximum productivity
  • Build relationships with customers, staying aware of their applications, needs, and wants
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty through repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or 2 years of related experience with a high school diploma/equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a B2B solution sales role with a successful track record in selling and exceeding goals
  • Demonstrated high energy level and motivation to succeed
  • Ability to learn and apply technology solutions to solve customer problems
  • Accountability for results; self-starter with a track record of achieving goals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with and work well with others in various fast-changing environments/situations
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements
  • Access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • 2 years of B2B solution sales experience
