About the role
Elevity seeks a dynamic and driven individual to join our sales team. This person will utilize a consultative sales approach to identify prospects, follow up with existing customers, and promote lead activity.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects by cold calling and network to generate leads
- Follow up with existing customers as needed
- Perform needs analysis and prepare and present proposals
- Communicate the Elevity solution effectively
- Meet or exceed activity targets and sales goals
- Organize and plan time for maximum productivity
- Build relationships with customers, staying aware of their applications, needs, and wants
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty through repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or 2 years of related experience with a high school diploma/equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a B2B solution sales role with a successful track record in selling and exceeding goals
- Demonstrated high energy level and motivation to succeed
- Ability to learn and apply technology solutions to solve customer problems
- Accountability for results; self-starter with a track record of achieving goals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to interact with and work well with others in various fast-changing environments/situations
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements
- Access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of B2B solution sales experience
- Successful track record in selling and exceeding goals
