Business Development Manager - Elevity
About the role
Elevity seeks a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves utilizing a consultative sales approach to identify prospects through cold calling, follow up with existing customers, and promote lead activity. Key responsibilities include performing needs analysis, preparing and presenting proposals, and effectively communicating Elevity's solution.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects by cold calling and follow up with existing customers as needed.
- Network and promote lead activity.
- Perform needs analysis and embrace continuous education on current technology best practices.
- Prepare and present proposals, and effectively communicate the Elevity solution.
- Meet or exceed activity targets and sales goals.
- Organize and plan your time for maximum productivity.
- Build relationships by staying aware of customers' applications, needs, and wants as a strategic partner.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, promoting loyalty that will result in repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Achieve a successful track record in selling and exceeding goals.
- Have 2 years of B2B solution sales experience.
- Be highly motivated and have a high energy level.
- Be able to learn and apply technology solutions to solve customer problems.
- Be accountable for results and have a track record of achieving goals.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Have strong presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to interact with and work well with others in various fast-changing environments and situations, leveraging strong networking and listening skills.
- Have effective problem-solving skills.
- Have a valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements.
- Have access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or 2 years of related experience with a high school diploma/equivalent.
