About the role

We're seeking a Business Development Manager in the Cincinnati, Ohio market. This role involves driving new client acquisition, growing existing accounts, building relationships with hiring managers, and collaborating with a recruiting team to deliver high-quality talent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and grow existing accounts through strategic business development
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executive decision makers
  • Lead client conversations to understand hiring challenges and workforce needs
  • Partner closely with recruiters to deliver high quality talent solutions
  • Actively network and leverage referrals to expand your presence in the market
  • Occasionally travel to Cincinnati office for trainings, collaboration
  • Live out Vernovis' fundamentals and social covenant in everything you do

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, staffing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship building skills
  • Competitive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset
