About the role
We're seeking a Business Development Manager in the Cincinnati, Ohio market. This role involves driving new client acquisition, growing existing accounts, building relationships with hiring managers, and collaborating with a recruiting team to deliver high-quality talent solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and grow existing accounts through strategic business development
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executive decision makers
- Lead client conversations to understand hiring challenges and workforce needs
- Partner closely with recruiters to deliver high quality talent solutions
- Actively network and leverage referrals to expand your presence in the market
- Occasionally travel to Cincinnati office for trainings, collaboration
- Live out Vernovis' fundamentals and social covenant in everything you do
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, staffing, or a related field preferred
- Strong consultative selling and relationship building skills
- Competitive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset
