Business Development Manager-Automotive Aftermarket (Wheels & Tires)

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by expanding TWG's presence within assigned accounts and geographic territories. This performance-driven outside sales role is responsible for growing existing customer relationships, acquiring new business, and increasing brand penetration across the TWG portfolio. You will build trusted customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and consistently drive business growth through a proactive, field-first sales approach.
Responsibilities
- Grow and develop the assigned book of business and geographic territory through existing customer expansion and new customer acquisition.
- Build and leverage customer relationships to drive immediate and long-term revenue growth.
- Drive consistent revenue through proactive selling, field engagement, and opportunity conversion.
- Increase wallet share, brand penetration, category expansion, new product adoption, and SKU penetration within existing accounts.
- Prospect, develop, and convert new dealer relationships and accounts within the assigned territory.
- Conduct customer business reviews, product and program presentations, new product introductions, and prospect meetings.
- Develop and deliver professional customer presentations and proposals tailored to individual customer needs.
- Present New Product Development launches, secure product placement, and drive adoption within key accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans for key accounts and major prospects.
- Participate in territory planning, business reviews, and strategy sessions with sales leadership.
- Maintain current knowledge of the Company's product portfolio, pricing, programs, and required product training.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and cross-functional internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent TWG at trade shows, customer events, regional sales meetings, dealer open houses, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or territory management within the automotive aftermarket.
- Demonstrated success growing existing customer accounts and acquiring new business.
- Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Experience presenting products, programs, and business solutions to customers.
- Experience developing strategic account and territory growth plans.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
Travel
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel as needed.
