What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow new business accounts
- Build lasting relationships with clients across industries
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to account management
- Connect via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
- Deliver win-win solutions that drive success for clients and candidates

What You Get
- Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission. The average employee in the company makes $65,000-100,000 in Y1, $70,000-100,000+ in Y2.
