Business Development Manager, Amazon Business Services

As a Business Development Manager on the Amazon Business Services team, you will work across Sales, Operations, Product, and Business teams to develop a go-to-market (GTM) approach and source, vet, and secure customer opportunities. This high-visibility role requires regular communication with senior leaders, collaboration with tech and non-tech teams, and influence on partner team roadmaps to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and size opportunities to unlock new Services customers and enable incremental spend.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to grow the Amazon Business Services business.
• Work independently to deliver results in an ambiguous environment.
• Compile, manage, and report on project metrics weekly.
• Lead high-profile meetings to align on project requirements and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• 3+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.

Pay

The base salary range for this position in Seattle, WA is $82,700.00 - $144,700.00 USD annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
