Role Objectives
Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the restaurant and food service sectors
Client Acquisition: Prospect potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, manage initial onboarding and continue consultation to provide over the top service.
Account Management: Upsell and cross sell to continue adding products and categories throughout the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development efforts through strategic client acquisition and retention
- Identify opportunities for new business growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food packaging/janitorial/sanitation industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
