What You’ll Do as a Business Development Representative

• Research, identify, and analyze growth opportunities in assigned markets and territories
• Achieve agency-defined growth goals for selected accounts in partnership with operations leadership
• Maintain and organize weekly calendars, call activity, territory planning, and account development using company systems
• Manage time and territory efficiently to maximize productivity and visibility
• Communicate consistently and effectively with operations staff in all assigned markets
• Build strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and key stakeholders
• Stay informed about healthcare, home care, payor changes, and market trends that impact PCH
• Uphold company policies and procedures and demonstrate integrity in all actions

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience
• Successful sales experience with similar customers; home care or related healthcare experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels, both internally and externally
• Familiarity with home care services, referral sources, and payors
• Ability to work independently, build relationships, and manage a territory effectively
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
