Southern Kentucky Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital A joint venture partnership between Select Medical & Vibra Healthcare Location: Bowling Green, KY Business Development Liaison Annual salary ranges from $70,000 - $88,000 depending on years of relevant work experience, plus uncapped monthly bonus potential. This position will refer patients to both our Outpatient Center as well as our Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospitals. Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Position Summary The Business Development Liaison plays a key role in growing referrals for our Southern Kentucky Inpatient Rehab Hospital and Outpatient Center. The successful candidate will build new and improve existing relationships with area physicians and discharge planners. This role is an extension of our Clinical Liaison team. In addition to establishing business relationships, you will guide and mentor your teammates in account management best practices. Specific Duties Travel to referral locations throughout Bowling Green and surrounding communities.Develop and deliver presentations to hospital and referral source staffDevelop strategies to grow market share in core business lines in assigned hospitals. Create quarterly goals and objectives. Minimum Qualifications BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field Three or more years of experience in healthcare sales Ability to travel Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with members of the marketing and Clinical liaison teams to achieve established referral goalsBasic computer: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and contact management systems Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of managed care and physical rehabilitation Experience in marketing to inpatient providers and case managers in the Harrisburg area.
