About the role
Fhenix is seeking a New York-based Business Development Lead to drive adoption of our FHE coprocessor, dual-token standard, and confidential stablecoin across tokenization and fintech.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation & Execution: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for your region. Source high-value leads, pitch decision-makers, craft compelling technical specifications to get engineering teams aligned, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Tokenization Architecture: Expand the number of asset issuers integrating the Fhenix dual-token standard and our privacy-preserving infrastructure across various blockchains.
- Fintech & Stablecoin Adoption: Drive meaningful integrations between traditional/next-gen fintech platforms and Fhenix, with a core focus on scaling the utility of our confidential stablecoin.
- Ecosystem Expansion: Secure strategic partnerships and technical integrations with major crypto and institutional wallets to support our off-chain coprocessor model.
- Local Ecosystem Domination: Actively chase down in person meetings, represent Fhenix at local crypto and traditional finance conferences, and turn the NYC network into a high converting growth funnel.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated business development or B2B sales experience within the Web3, crypto, or fintech sectors.
- Proven Track Record: A portfolio of past wins. You should have clear stories of sourcing, negotiating, and successfully closing technical integrations or institutional customers.
- The Network: An existing, warm network that overlaps with asset tokenization, institutional issuers, or modern fintech platforms.
- Technical Literacy: While you don't need to write smart contracts, you must be capable of translating complex cryptographic concepts (like off-chain coprocessors and FHE) into business value and writing tech specs compelling enough to get engineers excited.
- NYC Presence: You must be based in the New York area, with the energy to network heavily and drive localized ecosystem growth.
