Business Development Lead

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced BDR to accelerate that growth by starting sales conversations with senior leaders at the world’s most influential companies.

Responsibilities

• Run creative, thoughtful outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and phone) to book sales meetings with senior executives.
• Research companies, identify the right stakeholders, and build tailored outbound strategies – not spammy email blasts.
• Collaborate with a sales director and leadership to get coaching and see how deals move through a sales pipeline.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales outreach experience.
• Experience running tailored outbound campaigns with cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
• A competitive mindset with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and outreach tools such as Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Pay

$80,000 base salary, $110,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
