About the role

This position is an Internship in Business Development at our company. The intern will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients in the e-commerce and digital commerce space. They will also manage a portfolio of existing clients, coordinate with internal teams, and report on sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the e-commerce and digital commerce space
  • Consult and propose suitable e-commerce and digital solutions
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales KPIs
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients as the primary point of contact
  • Understand client business objectives and recommend effective solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Performance, Content, Operations, Creative, Tech) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project timelines, service quality, and deliverables
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account revenue
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and contract renewal rates
  • Collect client feedback to support service improvement
  • Track sales pipelines, account performance, and revenue using CRM tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and professional knowledge

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and passion for technology
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible in work

Commitment and Entitlement

  • Salary: 3 million – 6 million
  • Working time: Monday – Friday ; from 8:30AM to 5:30PM
  • Working location: HCM office: Sala Urban Center, No. 21-23, B4 street, An Loi Dong ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city
  • Intern role offers the opportunity for promotion to a full-time Business Development Executive position
