About the role
This position is an Internship in Business Development at a leading e-commerce company. The intern will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients in the e-commerce and digital commerce space. They will also manage a portfolio of existing clients, coordinate with internal teams, and report on sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the e-commerce and digital commerce space
- Consult and propose suitable e-commerce and digital solutions
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients as the primary point of contact
- Understand client business objectives and recommend effective solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (Performance, Content, Operations, Creative, Tech) to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project timelines, service quality, and deliverables
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account revenue
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction and contract renewal rates
- Collect client feedback to support service improvement
- Track sales pipelines, account performance, and revenue using CRM tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and professional knowledge
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of business development
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and passion for technology
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible in work
Commitment and Entitlement
- Working with a dynamic environment, professional clients
- Salary: 3 million – 6 million
- Working time: Monday – Friday ; from 8:30AM to 5:30PM
- Working location: HCM office: Sala Urban Center, No. 21-23, B4 street, An Loi Dong ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city
