Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sales plan to secure contracts with Inpatient psychiatric facilities in Florida, Tennessee and North Carolina to enhance and promote MMG key services.
- Aid the CEO and CFO of Operations in obtaining, implementing and monitoring contracts with new facilities.
- Identify and target residential, healthcare, and psychiatric care facilities as potential clients.
- Possibly provide leads for follow-up and conduct product presentations to establish relationships and close contracts.
- Negotiate and close contracts with prospective clients, supported by the Clinical Director and/or CFO.
- Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate client onboarding and implementation processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the healthcare or psychiatric care industry.
- Strong networking and prospecting skills with the ability to identify and engage key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 4-6 years' experience in healthcare, communication, education, sales, marketing, social media management.
