Goodson Acura is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator to join our service team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — connecting them with the right resources, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every interaction reflects the Goodson Acura standard of excellence. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to schedule service appointments and drive department traffic
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM and database systems
  • Follow up with customers after service visits to gauge satisfaction and reinforce loyalty
  • Safeguard customer data by consistently adhering to information security protocols
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly — escalating when appropriate
  • Connect customers with the right department or team member to meet their needs efficiently
  • Deliver professional, courteous service via phone and electronic communication
  • Take initiative in resolving customer experience issues before they escalate
  • Help manage customer flow to reduce wait times and streamline the service process

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal
  • Comfortable navigating computers, software platforms, and digital tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set goals and consistently meet them
  • Strong time management skills and a polished, professional demeanor
  • A genuine passion for helping people and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
