In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — connecting them with the right resources, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every interaction reflects the Goodson Acura standard of excellence. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to schedule service appointments and drive department traffic
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM and database systems
- Follow up with customers after service visits to gauge satisfaction and reinforce loyalty
- Safeguard customer data by consistently adhering to information security protocols
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly — escalating when appropriate
- Connect customers with the right department or team member to meet their needs efficiently
- Deliver professional, courteous service via phone and electronic communication
- Take initiative in resolving customer experience issues before they escalate
- Help manage customer flow to reduce wait times and streamline the service process
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal
- Comfortable navigating computers, software platforms, and digital tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to set goals and consistently meet them
- Strong time management skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- A genuine passion for helping people and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
