Business Development Executive, MPC
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting includes Job Summary (could be About the role). Essential Functions (Responsibilities). Qualifications (Education and Experience Requirements). Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (maybe Skills? but better as Qualifications or separate). Physical, Field, Or Environmental Requirements (maybe Requirements?). Travel Requirements (maybe Schedule? but schedule is about work hours; travel is not schedule). Benefits: TOTAL REWARDS includes compensation, benefits etc. Pay: not explicitly stated; only "Competitive compensation package" but no specifics; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive compensation package" but no numbers; that's vague; we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. Benefits: we have comprehensive medical, dental, vision, EAP, 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement. That's specific enough for Benefits section. Schedule: not mentioned besides travel up to 50% and occasional evenings/weekends. Not a schedule; we could maybe include Schedule if they mention occasional evenings and weekends; but that's more about availability. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits is stated; we can include Benefits. Schedule: they mention "Must be flexible to attend occasional evenings and weekends to support community and builder functions." That's about schedule flexibility; could be considered schedule info. But it's not explicit schedule like "Full-time, 40 hrs/week". Might be okay to include Schedule section with that detail. However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." They do state schedule flexibility, so we can include Schedule.
We also need to include About the role (Job Summary). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Requirements (maybe Physical, Field, Or Environmental Requirements + Travel Requirements?). Qualifications (Education and Experience Requirements + Certificates, Licenses, Registrations). Skills maybe not needed if covered. But we can include Skills if there is specific content: they list proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, organized, communicative, presentation, persuasion, relationship-building, etc. That's skills. Could be a Skills section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can group them under appropriate headings.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:

Requirements
Maybe combine Physical, Field, Or Environmental Requirements and Travel Requirements? But we could have separate sections: Physical Requirements and Travel Requirements. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine them under Requirements. Let's list: Physical, Field, Or Environmental Requirements: - While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required daily to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. - The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. - The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds. Education and Experience Requirements: - A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, is preferred but not required. - Three to five years of experience in business development or property management with client-facing responsibilities. - Proven ability to engage stakeholders, negotiate agreements, or manage projects with measurable outcomes (sales, contracts, or partnerships). - Experience with contracts and contract negotiations. - Demonstrated success in generating new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or customer record systems. - Highly organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. - Prior experience in the telecommunications industry (preferred) - Existing relationships with developers, builders, HOAs/POAs, or community associations are a plus (preferred). - Familiarity with the building/construction industry and related terminology. (preferred) - Experience with or willingness to participate in trade associations or community/business development organizations. (preferred) Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: - Valid Driver’s License Work authorization: - We are seeking candidates that are legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. We could put these under Qualifications as- items.
Skills
Maybe we could extract skills: stakeholder engagement, contract negotiations, relationship building, presentation, persuasion, organized, communicative, managing priorities, Microsoft Office, CRM, etc. But many already in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we don't need separate Skills section; we can incorporate skills into Qualifications. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could omit Skills section.Benefits
Schedule
Schedule
Must be flexible to attend occasional evenings and weekends to support community and builder functions.
Now ensure we haven't missed any substantive info: The intro about Build your career with Ezee Fiber, values, etc. Should we include that? It's substantive but maybe not under a specific heading; we could include as an introductory paragraph before headings. The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. The intro is not a heading; we can keep it as a
before sections. It's about company mission and values. That's substantive; we should preserve it. Thus output:
