Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on potential clients and industries to identify new business opportunities and target markets
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • Develop and execute effective outbound marketing and sales campaigns
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products or services
  • Generate new leads and build a pipeline through cold calling and email outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
  • Identify client needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed business decisions
  • Manage and update the company's CRM system with accurate and relevant information
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the organization
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing leadership on campaign success and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Fresh experience, such as recent graduates or those with minimal work experience, will be considered
  • A passion for sales and business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required.
