SCOPE OF POSITION
The primary responsibility of this high-energy, fast paced position is to oversee, grow and manage a customer portfolio. This position will be responsible for making cold calls, qualifying leads for sales consultants, following through to acquisition, and maintaining the CRM.
POSITION DUTIES
- Responsible for generating sales leads through outbound cold calling to potential clients
- Manages initial steps for potential clients through email communication, scheduling appointments and follow-up contact
- Manages and grows the existing customer base
- Provides sales reporting to regional sales directors on efforts
- Responsible for attaining all agreed-upon monthly/quarterly goals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or other relevant field
- College degree in business management, marketing or equivalent education preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiating, organizational, plus proven sales and marketing skills
- Strong individual who is effective and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and highly dynamic market environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, able to effectively use spreadsheets for management reporting and analysis
- Analytical problem-solving skills, results-oriented
BENEFITS/COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary pay band $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience plus commission
