About the role

We are seeking dynamic professionals for a challenging sales position in our Chicago office. This role involves building new partnerships with corporations across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales with new clients in your designated territory
  • Evaluate territory potential and prospect new accounts
  • Create a sales plan to achieve sales targets and implement it
  • Develop and maintain new relationships through high activity levels and thoughtful messaging
  • Conduct effective presentations and write engaging proposals
  • Maintain effective internal communication and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Balance and manage the sales pipeline daily
  • Achieve developmental and skill-based benchmarks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with an outstanding personal sales track record
  • Proven experience selling to large multi-national organizations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Intelligent with a knack for problem-solving and a competitive spirit
  • Tenacity, drive, and resilience; adaptable to change
  • A target-driven approach to work
  • Knowledge or interest in international markets and market research
  • Highly organized with excellent time management

Qualifications

  • Understanding of corporate purchasing dynamics
  • Experience engaging executives at the highest levels of client organizations
  • Ability to secure buy-in from executives

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $62,200 to $76,400 based on experience and qualifications. Alongside Salary, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance options, 401k, paid time off, hybrid work setup, core hours, and other perks.

Schedule

This role is client-facing and may require some travel.
