Business Development Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities

• Preparing client presentation and pitch materials.
• Facilitating and coordinating award and league table submissions.
• Maintaining updates to attorney biographical information and practice descriptions on the website.
• Maintaining content used in the experience management database, deal lists, and proposal generator tool.
• Managing operations related to client events and webinars, including mailing and RSVP lists, invitation preparation, event postings, sponsorship advertisements, social media postings, booths, and collateral material, webinar arrangements, and post-event follow-up.
• Providing research support as assigned to conduct and/or review research on competitors, prospects, and clients.
• Providing event support on-site as needed, including guest registration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web conferencing software tools, and knowledge of other applications specific to the legal field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications (or an equivalent combination of education and experience), with at least three years of relevant experience in business development or marketing, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment.

The expected salary range for this position is $70k - $80k. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographical location.
