Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive Affiliate Growth
  • Achieve established sales goals by recruiting qualified new affiliates.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective affiliates.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess business needs and program fit.
  • Present the Homes for Heroes value proposition using a consultative sales approach.
  • Guide qualified prospects through enrollment and successfully close new memberships.
  • Expand healthy affiliate representation within assigned territories.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and documentation in Salesforce.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Proven success in consultative sales, business development, account management, or relationship management.
  • Strong relationship-building, active listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence through education, problem-solving, and trust rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and virtual communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve measurable goals.
  • Adaptable and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Real estate and/or mortgage industry experience preferred.

  • Employees in this role are required to use Company-approved communication and productivity technologies, including tools that may record, monitor, transcribe, and analyze business communications using artificial intelligence for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
  • This position is expected to be worked within core business hours and occasionally requires participation in after-hours work for special events.
  • This is a 100% remote position available to candidates residing in: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin.
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet capable of supporting an omnichannel communication solution and a dedicated and professional home office environment is required.
  • There are no special physical demands. Extended periods of computer and telephone work may be required.
