About the role
At CreationUnited, we're seeking our first Business Development Consultant to help introduce our work to the right people and bring meaningful opportunities to the studio.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage prospective clients across global markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with founders, executives, and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified opportunities for our design, development, research, infrastructure, and consulting services.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and objectives.
- Collaborate with our team to prepare proposals, pricing, and engagement strategies.
- Cope with clients throughout the sales process until agreements are finalized.
- Maintain light post-sale relationships to ensure a smooth transition and identify future opportunities.
- Recommend new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities that align with our long-term vision.
- Represent CreationUnited with professionalism, integrity, and confidence in every interaction.

Compensation
This is a commission-based consulting opportunity. There is no fixed salary or hourly compensation. Instead, your earnings are directly tied to the value of the business you help generate. Details of the commission structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. A three-month probationary period applies.

A Few Things to Know
- This is a fully remote opportunity.
- You may work from anywhere, with availability for meetings when required across US business hours.
- We operate under a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy. While we don't provide hardware, we'll help you configure your device to securely access company systems and resources.
- Consultants will be required to sign appropriate confidentiality and independent contractor agreements before engagement.
